According to the email from Legoland the party will occur Saturdays this fall from September 17th through October 29th with tickets starting at $95 for an individual day ticket plus, which includes admission to the Party. See below for more information.

Join the Monster Party!
Saturdays this fall, the party kicks off as Monsters take over LEGOLAND® and host the Halloween party of the year featuring:
- Live Entertainment & Shows
- Limited-Time Attractions
- Character Meet & Greets
- Costume Contest
- And of course, Trick-or-Treating!
Best of all, admission is included with day tickets, hotel packages, and select annual passes.
Brick-or-Treat Inside the Park
Grab loads of sweets and treats at trick-or-treating stations located throughout the park. Don’t forget your costume!
Park admission is valid for the full day. Trick-or-treating begins at 3pm on Saturdays during the event.
